Understanding Our Warranty Terms

At Kidz 'r' Us, we are committed to providing high-quality products for your children's enjoyment and development. Please review our warranty policy for a clear understanding of our terms:

• Illustrative Purposes: All images and pictures of goods displayed on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Actual sizes, colors, and dimensions of goods may vary in real life. We assume that you have read the written description of the goods before placing your order.

• Fault or Damage Claims: If a product is found to be faulty or damaged, we will offer a replacement, subject to proof of the fault/damage. Please contact us before returning the product or bringing it to our Pickup Locations. Claims must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product.

• Pre-pickup Inspection: If an item was picked up from Kidz 'r' Us and inspected prior to pick-up, we will not be held liable for any damages that occur after this point.

• Warranty Claims: For issues requiring warranty service, we will coordinate with the manufacturers. This process may take up to 2 weeks, depending on the nature of the issue.

• Refunds and Exchanges: We offer refunds or exchanges if you are not satisfied with the item or if it does not match the product description.

• Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at hello@kidzrus.com.au or call 02 5115 1115 during business hours for further instructions. Claims must be made before installation or use.

• Labour Costs: Kidz 'r' Us is not liable for any out-of-pocket expenses incurred for labor. Our warranty covers parts only.

• Installation Responsibility: Kidz 'r' Us is not responsible for any loss, damage, cost, expense, or injury resulting from mishandling or wrongful installation. All installations of playgrounds and outdoor playsets must be carried out by a certified installer to ensure safety and compliance with warranty terms.
