Efficient and Reliable Shipping for Your Convenience

We at Kidz 'r' Us are dedicated to delivering your orders promptly and efficiently. Please read our shipping policy to understand how we handle your orders:

Order Processing:

• Standard Processing Time: All order processing takes a minimum of 3-5 business days. If you require your items sooner, please contact us to see if expedited processing is possible. This applies to pick-up, local, and interstate deliveries.
• Additional Processing Time: During peak periods or due to current restrictions, please allow extra time for your order to be processed and dispatched.

Deliveries:

• Freight Costs: Shipping costs apply to all items and are calculated at checkout. For alternative shipping options, please contact us at hello@kidzrus.com.au or call 02 5115 1115.
• Insurance: Freight insurance is not included. If you wish to purchase additional insurance, let us know, and we will assist you.
• Local Area Deliveries: For large items, delivery should be pre-organized with our office. We typically require 1 – 2 weeks' notice.
• Delivery Schedule: Deliveries occur between 11 am – 5 pm. The driver may contact you 30 minutes prior to delivery.
• Alternative Delivery Arrangements: We reserve the right to use alternative delivery methods if our standard courier doesn't cover your area.
• Safety Precautions: Under current restrictions, we ask that you wear a mask when receiving your order.
• Unattended Deliveries: If no one is available to receive the delivery, a re-delivery fee will apply. All deliveries are made to the ground floor; we do not deliver items inside the house or upstairs.

Rural and Interstate Deliveries:

• Pallet Deliveries: Bulky items are sent on a pallet to either a residential address or a local depot. It is your responsibility to arrange assistance with unloading.
• Tracking Information: You will receive tracking details once your order is dispatched. For any changes or tracking updates post-dispatch, please contact the courier directly.
• Delivery Times: Stock items usually ship within 5 business days of cleared payment. Please allow up to 7 days for shipment. Bulky orders may take up to 2 weeks for dispatch.

Pick-Up:

• Location: Pick up is available from our store. Please contact us to confirm the address and organise a pick-up time.
• Pick-Up Times: Allow 1 week for pick-ups to be prepared. We will notify you once your order is ready for collection.

Payment and Order Confirmation:

• Full payment is required before goods are delivered or dispatched. If paying by credit card, the name on the card must match the order.

Terms and Conditions:

Product Availability:

• Check the availability of bulky items before purchasing. We stock most products in our store, but in some cases, products may not be available until an order is placed.
