Making Returns Easy and Fair

At Kidz 'r' Us, we understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. That's why we've made our returns and refunds process as straightforward and fair as possible.

Conditions for Returns:

• Authorisation Required: All returns must be authorised by our team. Please contact us before sending anything back. hello@kidzrus.com.au 02 5115 1115 Mon–Fri, 10AM–9PM. We will provide you with clear instructions on how to return your item.
• Change of Mind: If you change your mind about your purchase, we offer a refund, exchange, or credit note at your discretion, under these conditions: Note: COM (change of mind) Return Policy:
• The product must be unopened and in brand new condition, with the return to be organised by the customer. Once received and verified to be in the condition specified, refund is only of the item value minus 15% restocking fee (not including initial shipping).
  • Original Condition: The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with its packaging intact.
  • Safe Packaging: Adequately package any products you are returning to ensure they are not damaged during their journey back to our warehouse.
  • Time Frame for Returns: You can return items within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided you have proof of purchase. For warranty claims, you have a 12-month period from the date of purchase to initiate a return. Please see warranty page
• Inspection Period: Items will undergo a thorough inspection upon return, which may take up to a week. Refunds will not be processed immediately but will be initiated after inspection.
• Restocking Fee: No restocking fee applies to all returns under warranty or damaged goods. 15% fee applies to COM. We do expect the customer to pay for the return shipping for change of minds and we will pay the shipping for faulty or wrongly described items. 

Right to Update Policy:
